12/100 Days of Books -Loving the Way Jesus Loves-

Every morning we are reading and talking (and sometimes tearing up a bit) over this beautiful and convicting book.

“…[W]e always want to place limits on our love. We are ready to give, but only when we have something left over. We are willing to care as long as it isn’t too inconvenient. We are able to love provided that people love us back.

Really, we ought to admit that we do not love the way Jesus loves.”            Phil Ryken

  1. I’m nearly tearing up over that quote! Oh, Lord, break my heart to pour out love like You love!
